Am I getting shorted? Screenshots included
    Hello everyone,

I placed 50 dollars on a 10 leg parlay in which 3 legs were cancelled and so the amount of a potential payout was readjusted. The only problem? the amount I was awarded doesn't compute with any parlay calculator I've used. The sports book I'm using say they used the parlay payout chart below but even that doesn't explain the amount. Any feedback would be welcome, thank you for reading! Please let me know if the below links aren't working.

Parlay payoff?! Never heard of that before. Does that mean you get "punished" for betting parlays? I only know it the other way around: The more bets your parlay contains, the higher the boost on your total odds.

    Is this an American thing?

My question is with it turning in to a 7 teamer, did you take in to account those huge ML's?

I'm sorry. I don't get what this parlay payoff matrix is all about.

If there are no deductions, you should have been paid $2,342.32

They have just made an error.

That table is just an example with all legs at -110.

You should email back (not live chat) and ask for a manager to check the grading... and if it is correct, ask them to please confirm that if you now place a 5 leg parlay with all legs at -500 they will pay you off at +2200 instead of the -200 that bet would pay at any other book.

Opps wait a sec, I thought you meant they were using that payout table to calculate your bet.

Just noticed the bet slip says they paid $2127.45

The 7 winning legs calculate out to $2243.28 as shown on that slip.

So you are saying you are $114.83 short?

Is that the number you came up with?

              You double check first...

I got $2343.28 + $50 if people are including the stake in payout

Probably the same as Lonnie minus some sort of rounding error

Same as me, I deducted the stake from the 2293 in error.

                        I came up with $1177.43+50.0
                        For a total of $1,227.43

Preset odds are not being used do to the fact that some lines are not the standard-110
