Obviously they will make it hard to get any money.Send them a mail with required copies(thata they of course have got before) BUT surprisingly they do not find my mail!!!Really fine and reliable bookie!

Just sent two times my ID and my neteller account nr(to which they have earlier also payed),BUT of course today they do not find either of them EVEN though I waited with customer service yesterday in livechat and was confirmed that they had arrived.
Feels like they are going to steel my money????!!!!!!

I was told things will be solved today.BUT apparently they do not have my copies anymore,so next week it will be solved,they said.Well it seems very bad and noone there knows anything at all,mails and copies cannot be found?Oh I only sent three by now.Seems like they will not pay at all???

The first day they promised me things to be solved is already over.Talked to the completetly worthless customer service and my case is worked on?Yes this time,within a week I get my money .No answer what they are working on since my ID's and other copies are reviewed and accepted.Of course they do not do anything,they sloooooooowpay or also likely not are going to pay at all.......
Do not worry they say in customer service,we work on your case..................

Tried to mail them so I could have contact with someone who knows something,just a little bit a couple of days ago.Of course they have not answered.So I talked to a really incompetent persom at livechat and wondered why they do not answer mails anymore.She promised that she contacts them so I get a fast answer.Of course these were empty words,no mails nothing,no answers.........

If they beat me they are thieves and totally unreliable,which they probably are.The bounce me around just like really bad bookies often do and convince you will get your money,but nothing happens.They have given no reason of shutting down my account,because simply there are no reasons to it as I have been betting completely honestly.

What has me doubtful is that they closed your account with no explanation while you was winnig and are jerking you around about paying what they owe you. I have dealt with crappy customer service at online books before and it can be really frustrating.

I have doubts too.Ages ago when I made the mistake to bet at a couple of really bad bookies,they had exactly the same system promising,don't worry you get your money and then they bounced you around in customer services forever without any intentions to pay.At the time my money at this bad bookies was not big,nowadays I try to keep not to much money at bookies I do not fully rely on,but due to a winningstreak the sum was rather big.
Mansion88 do not answer any kind of mail from me either.I think it is a very bad thing if these asians bookies just decide to steal money and can do it just like this.I hope everyone thinks twice before betting and depositing money to Mansion88.

Too bad this happened to you. They cannot just close an account without any reason and not to notify you. Are you sure it is closed or they just locked your account and reviewing it for fraud that is why they cannot answer you?

I hope you will have a good and fast resolution to this. And next time that you would join an Asian book, join 188BET or 12BET.

It is really clear that it is shut down forever,and no;they did not tell anything about it.I just had to find out it myself by trying to log in and not being able to.

anyway, it would be irresponsible to accuse mansion88 without knowing background info.

24000eur is a hell of a winning streak, especially with their limits of 400 max.
you have also mentioned that you used mansion88 for some time without a problem. do you mean you have previously withdrawn funds?

Of course it is inresponsible for anyone else to accuse them.
I never opt for bonuses.I have done c 6-7 withdraws during the years.The winning streak was not 24000 euros.I had c 12000-13000 euros before that weekend,I have had most of the time about 10000 euros on my account.I had way higher limits in for example Premiere league than,in fact my limits had been lifted some weeks ago and was mostly over 400!Some weeks earlier my limits were really low.
They can't even give any reason to closing me down.they do not answer emails,so in my opinion they deserve very bad publicity.This can apparently happen to anyone?!

I have gotten all of our Mansion88 complaints together.

So far we have three of them. All of them are the same. Accounts where closed on Monday August 17th. No reason was given. Documents were requested. Documents were sent. Payout promises were vauge, but generally implied it could be several weeks to over a month to get paid.

The only update I have beyond that so far is that one of the players did receive a partial payment via moneybookers for slightly less than half of his balance.

I am contacting Mansion88 now to see if they will provide any explanation or help resolve this.

I was myself in contact with livechat earlier today,then the person said within a few days you'll have your money.On the other hand the answer could have apparently been just anything.I was promised my money two times wednesday 19.08 and then before 23.08.
Livechat says that because I am not a customer anymore Mansion88 do not answer any mails from me?!
It would be great to get some explanation because persons in livechat might say anything and do not really know much.And no money recieved yet.

Contacted them today unbelivable,the answer today was,you can check next week we are in a verification process of your account.It is obvious that they are NOT going to pay.

Strange things happen with Mansion88 looks like they are tottaly with new employees
I try to withdraw my balance 2600$ and after 5 days the answer was...''Cashout-rejected-Your email adress didnt match email address on the site''?!?!
-I request again cashout-The answer after 2 days was..''Please provide copy of ID''
-I told them that i make this procedure before and again submit my docs
-After 3 days(10days total) i receive my money.

Oh it is just two weeks,but the point is they said from now on I would have to wait one month...and all ID's are reviewed and accepted so they apparently have a verification process that lasts 1,5 months almost after that and then I will MAYBE or not,get 1/4 of my money because they cannot pay more than 10000USD at a time to Neteller.
I do not want exact answers,but just a little better answers.

Let's all admit it, we just don't learn. We use Mansion88 though we are well aware that they have history of closing down (former Mansion). And their (Mansion88) CS, sure s*cks! They will let you wait for the answer of a simple question. Or their employees are all new to the business?
Anyway, Maybe most books is having some issues with Euro players. From limits to payout. Yet they all can afford some huge advertisement. And Harald, I hope that you will have the resolution soon.

Well what a messy company.My Neteller account shows that Mansion88 have tried to transfer 32000USD to my account.It has not succeed,because they have a clear limit of 10000USD at neteller(that is the absolute limit,they can NEVER transfer more at one time to persons)?!But when I ask the real stupid girl in live chat they claim:We have not sent any money,because you are in a verification process.....
Where does this end.And no contact to anyone that knows anything......
