unibet blocked account with 7000 EUR
I created my account recently, I deposited totally 315 EUR and started to play, I had lucky mostly on soccer, then I decided to withdraw, 4500 EUR plus I have another 2500 EUR on my account. My ID card was verified before this, but now they wanted to verify my address, so I sent them an utility bill. Meanwhile of course my withdrawals were not processed, they were pending. One week later I saw that they rejected my document, went to their chat and they did not give me any reason why was this declined, they said send different proof of address. I uploaded my bank statement. Then it stalled to an another three weeks, they did not verify it. The support always said the same, the relevant department is still checking my document, be patient, etc. Then meanwhile I got an email that my account is frozen, finally yesterday (dec 11) I received the email that my account is now blocked and I can't log in. I've read many stories on different forums that if an account is blocked, they send a final email that you broke the terms and conditions (not explaining further) and the money is confiscated. It is obvious for me that because of my winning (I made 7000 EUR from my 315 EUR deposit), they don't want to process my withdrawals, rather they want to keep it.

Please help me to get my money.

Edit : I submitted a complaint at SBR two weeks ago, but did not receive any message yet.

You should've made a withdraw before you reached that amount...
    What country are you from?
Is the account on a female name?

Not necessary if everything's legit. Unibet is A+, one of the largest books in Europe.

I guess they suspect him of multi-accounting. If it's not the case, I hope things get sorted for you, OP
