Bookmaker will not void my ticket please help

I placed a wager on psg vs istanbul game
This game was suspended during the game.Also, I was able to find their rules that (see below)

"If a match is suspended AFTER kick-off, all bets that are yet to be settled will be void (regardless of if/when the match is continued)*"

However, Per their representative wager department, my ticket wont be avoided because they will play the game tomorrow, so it will remain as an action.
isn't this against their house rules? I do not understand they just can decided which game they will avoid or not. Why they made the rules if they are not going to follows?
Is this reportable?

I wonder if graders are confused due to why and how early it was abandoned.

I agree it should be a void by their normal rules.

And would guess they will re-grade it correctly themselves, given time.

hopefully i can get money back(ticket avoided) before the game.

Any luck? Bookmaker CS are just clueless sometimes but are legitimate. Hope it was resolved before game time.

Bookmaker explained that they were relying on the last paragraph of this rule;

“All matches during an elimination tournament or cup are played to completion regardless of whether or not the event concludes on any given day within the tournament's parameters.”

SBR suggested that the grammar used in that rule wording could be confusing. They said they would review it.
