BetDSI - Frozen Rollover at 99% Complete

Actually yes i sort of did. They used to be one of my favorite books but now i barely deposit there. The problem i had was once i reached my rollover i went over it considerably not realizing it. It never got moved to my cash balance when it should have. I wonder if they are pulling the same thing with you.

Once i finally told them i thought i was Over the amount they finally moved it into my cash balance. Remember i went over already what i needed before this. Then i found out they also do an additional 1Xs rollover when they move it to your cash balance.

So they took the total they moved over and wanted 1XS more on that even though it should have been a lesser amount. It was really a high amount for a lower deposit. Luckily Optional helped me get the money out because i asked in e-mails what i had to do and they never mentioned the 1Xs rollover.

After that happened to me i have barely played there i just do not trust the bonuses and i like depositing where i get a good bonus and they do not play games with you. They have offered me really good bonuses and i just ignore them most of the time.

I've got a couple of freebie rollovers stuck at 100%. It's a weird book but they have given me free money so can't complain.

Mine did the same thing on the 123% bonus I received. I contacted live chat I told them that I hit the rollover and to please convert to cash. They did in about 3 hours and have been fine since including 4k in withdraws the last 10 days.

Another DSI complaint around bonuses and rollovers. Why anyone would play there, when they are clearly playing games is beyond me. This is not your daddy's DSI when they were with Bookmaker.

What also pissed e off is with mine when they finally moved it over i had to do the ENTIRE amount an extra 1Xs not just the amount it should have been which was less. Luckily Optional helped me and they gave me what i was supposed to get even waved the 1Xs but i had to go through hell before that all happened.

BetDSI closed my account once I hit $250 with their $25 free play. Not paying out and not hearing back from SBR complaint form. I don't know how anyone would trust BetDSI.
