When I try to redeem my betpoints on bookmaker for cash, I get a blank screen. Is this working for anyone else?

Typically happens when you dont have enough. I think the minimum is 500.

Fuckers took my betpoints years ago and said I couldnt get anymore

I've had this same issue from computer. If you pull it up on your phone/tablet you will be able to get it to work. No clue why you have to do it that way but that will work. Hope that helps

Yes......last week it did the same thing. I used live chat and they did them manually.

I just cashed in another round of betpoints just now and found a different path to access them and was able to convert to cash on my own.
