Similar to my experience, when I recently found a $25 FP in my dormant account. And they did stiff me after I ran it up to over $250. Not much you can do about it if happens as this is a no deposit bonus. Glad I stopped playing with this shiit book 2 years ago. Sad, because they were a reputable out when part of the Bookmaker family.

I bet the whole $250 on a match after conversion to complete rollover, I won.

Customer service said I’m eligible for payout I’ll lose the remaining balance after the $250 payout. Nothing sense I’ll give them a week

Shouldn’t take this long if you want to keep my business I was gonna re-deposit most of it back with them anyways but now I’m having second thoughts I don’t like how slow the process is.

Yeah, that happened to me too. Deposited $500 and got a $500 free play and was supposed to get a $500 match for the casino. Lost the $500 and called to ask where was the casino bonus and they told me account was ineligible and took the $500 freeplay out of my account. I was fcking furious and never played there again. At the time i had bet over $300,000 that year. 3 years ago and they still keep sending me freeplay offers. Shit book.

This was several years ago. i thought about it at the time and decided it wasn't worth the hassle. They claimed my account was in a plus position, therefore not eligible for a bonus. (this was probably true). However I would think it would be their responsibility to determine that before giving me the bonus. And If that is the case stop the incessant email's I have received over the past few years offering me bonuses I'm not eligible for.

Yea but if he can only take out $250 why make him do another $250 if he wins and gets it to $500 he can only still take out $250 seems kind of unfair to do that.

NM i see he got paidso i guess he did not need to do another 1Xs rollover.I remember a ways back they did that to me and you helped me get paid because they never told me in numerous emails i had to do that before i deposited there.Honestly since they switched hands i have gone from them being one of my top favorite books to almost never depositing there anymore except maybe once in a blue moon.

A bunch do that if you used to play there and stopped . I get that from time to time from books i have not deposited at in awhile.I guess they figure it will draw me back in and deposit again . As a matter of fact Jazz has $50 FP sitting in there still right now. Have not played there in months i would guess.
