Heritage Cancelled Wager -- Wrong Date?
I placed a wager with Heritage for a soccer match this afternoon, beginning at 15:00. Heritage cancelled the wager saying they posted the wrong date. Every other site, including Pinnacle and ESPN has the correct start date and time. Why should I get a refund instead of a win for their screw up?

Heritage is an absolute shit show. I get frustrated with anything I try to do there. Signup, fail. Reup Bonuses, fail. Get Out Promotion, fail. Honoring wagers, fail.

What date/time was listed and what was correct?

Could the date/time have created any possible confusion with a different scheduled match?

Did they cancel before the game started? You are probably outa luck whatever went on if so.

If you want to send in a Sportsbook Complaint form with the bet ID# we can ask a manager to review that decision for you.

      Hey Optional, thanks for replying.

      Wager was listed as:
      Brazil A Soccer
      GrĂªmio Porto Alegrense
      Moneyline 1.44 for Game
      Time: Nov 29, 2020 1:00 pm PST

Date should have been today (November 30). It shouldn't have caused any confusion with a different match, since there were no matches scheduled for yesterday.

Yes, they did cancel before match start (2am this morning), but didn't send any notice. I only noticed when I logged in at match start. Took a good 45 minutes of talking to online support, who called wagering department several times. Finally reinstated the wager after I told them I wasn't going to lose money because of their mistake.

Heritage seems to make things right eventually, but I'm not sure if it's worth the headache of dealing with them constantly.

Agree. Sounds like that wasn't a material listing error that could have caused people to bet incorrectly. Probably ended up cancelled at 2am with no notice as the operator deleted the market instead of just changing the date, at a guess.

Nice to hear you got them to honor it in the end.
