Hello,
I came across this forum during my research regarding Bovada. I have been betting on there for a few months. I had a great experience until I ran hot on NFL a couple weeks ago. I submitted a withdrawal for 19k, two $9500 installments. The first installment was paid Monday morning with no issue. They sent me an email saying:
"We're writing this message to inform you our Book Managers, after careful deliberation and investigation, have decided to adjust your wagering limits which may vary from market to market.
We assure you we didn't make this decision in haste.
Should this decision mean we do not meet your needs as a Sportsbook, please contact our Customer Service Department and we'll be happy to process a withdrawal for your current balance.
Our Customer Service Team is available 24/7 to help if you need anything else."
At this point there was no reason for me to leave money on there. I logged on and cancelled the 2nd installment of 9500 from the previous withdrawal request. I submitted a new request for my whole balance. Interestingly this time the increments they offered me were 20k, not 9500. I submitted this request 10 days ago and still have not been paid the first installment.
I have contacted them many times via email. The first email they said it would be processed in "24-48 hours" mind you this was already 4 days after the withdrawal was submitted. The 2nd email (now almost a week after the withdrawal was submitted) said "the withdrawal is being reviewed" and the last email exchange a couple days ago they said "we have a high volume of withdrawal requests and yours is in the queue" which is when I started to get concerned. I saw many posts regarding people requesting and receiving withdrawals from bovada well after my request.
Yesterday I contacted them via live chat. They had no explanation for me. I requested to speak to a manager who told me they had no idea how long the review would take. I hope SBR can help, I feel very powerless and upset given the situation. Thank you very much.
