    Heritage not Crediting 10% Reload Bonus
    So I cashed out of Heritage over a month ago ($1k). Saw that they had a 10% reload bonus with 5x rollover. Confirmed with customer support that I was eligible. Deposited $350. Asked same support agent to credit bonus. She denied it saying I'm not eligible because of the cashout.

          Just got a phone call from a Supervisor and the bonus has been credited.

              Glad they made good on it. I don’t use them anymore because of errors like this.

              I don’t take bonuses but several times I had a clerk check with supervisor to make sure I could get more than their small Max bets on futures (a race or a fight) only to make my deposit, call back and talk to the exact same rep and get a different story. I got tired of dealing with the Heritage hassle.

                  It’s standard operating procedure for them to not automatically give the bonus on reloads if your last transaction was a payout. Nothing to see here. Heritage is still #1.

                      They are absolutely not #1 for me.

                      • Broken software made signup impossible because of my address
                      • Promotions don't show up correctly on home page -- flickers for one second, then disappears
                      • Used to have much better lines (-105)
                      • Limited alt line options
                      • Poor front-line customer support
