FanDuel Grading Question

I bet it at -1 thinking that if the 2-1 current score would be graded as a win at halftime.


I take fault not being educated about European odds.

My problem is with being basically free rolled on a +100 bet knowing sure and well that Taj couldn’t have been that to win the final 6 minutes.

Alright so I reached back out to FanDuel this morning and sent the link to this thread in support and the customer service representative said he would send this information to the “traders”.

I told him that they continue to post bad lines and then his response was why did you bet a bad line? Told the guy I didn’t realize it was a bad line until after it was all said and done. Told him I get it you guys aren’t gonna void the bet but at least fix this issue as you guys have a massive edge on this bet and it’s not fair.

Fanduel first level CS is not going to help with this. It's very likely the person you are speaking to does not even know what over round is let alone can understand what is wrong.

Or if you insist on continuing to try there instead, at least ask for your email to be escalated to a manger. Also I'd stop talking about "bad lines" or giving them the out of saying you know they wont void. Just talk about how the bet offering was confusing due to an error in the listing.

That is the one and only reason that will get your money back

Yeah Optional I emailed the email you gave me for the TN Lottery just waiting for a response. Also in my email to the TN Lottery I never brought up a bad line just stated the wording of the prop is misleading and confusing to the average bettor.

I hope the CS guy who asked why you took a bad line gets schooled that you had already told him you took it as the bloody listing had an error that confused you.


Do email FD again and in the first line say please escalate to a manger as well I'd suggest. Maybe mention CS does not appear to understand that there is a clear error and you want a manager to review.

If you don't get a proper response SBR can approach them, but as this is about you being confused, it really is a better chance to get your money back if you tell them this yourself. They will just fix the problem and leave you hanging if we go in with a formal complaint at a guess.
