Betmania payout question

Any of you have recent experience with this book? I have accounts at the bigger books but thought I’d give these guys a try.

Deposited a couple times with bitcoin. Had a decent weekend, requested a bitcoin payout on Sunday. Was told to call in and verify my payout on Monday which I did. Then told it would be processed in 24 hours.

I waited and it wasn’t processed. Then I get on chat today to to let them know it wasn’t received and I’m told there is a note on my account it will be now processed Thursday. Was given all the excuses we have to go through all our security measures with a our processors and banking blah blah blah

I reminded them it’s not 2015 anymore and bitcoin can be done immediately as that’s all I used there. Bookmaker is 10 minutes for payouts on a Monday after football all weeekend.

Even my pal George is same day. Anyone else get told multiple time frames at Betmania?

Ya they suck.... Big production..

I've never had an issue there.... usually 24 hours at most, both withdrawals around 1K.

There was an error in communication to me from one of the reps. Payout took only 24 hours. They apologized and were very responsive to clear up confusion.
