    BetDSI SCAMMED ME
I placed two wagers live and I am absolutely sure I placed it. I got the Over at 53 for the Raiders/Chargers and I took the Raiders ML twice. One at -110 and another one somewhere between -100 to -120. One of ML bets was processed the other one showed up on my pending wagers but disappeared. I checked the pending wagers and it was there right after. Now it's GONE. I asked the chat and they refuse to do anything about it because there was no ticket number. However, I can't get the ticket number because the bet disappeared. I missed taking it prior to the game start because they took forever to grade the morning bets.

That's horrible if true. Many people take screenshots of all wagers right after placing to ensure they have ticket number and evidence. Luckily , I haven't had this happen to me at DSI.

It's 100% true. I know I placed the wager and that it processed. When I spoke to a chat representative they said sometimes lives bets will process but not be accepted and that they have up to 15 minutes to accept the wager. How can you decide 15 minutes AFTER THE BET on a LIVE wager???

Once it is posted with a ticket number it should be accepted. From now on take a screenshot of all wagers so you have proof. At this point unfortunately, you have absolutely no evidence that the wager was placed.

yes I agree and it definitely was posted with a ticket number this is completely outrageous. I mean it was a LIVE BET and they deducted the amount from my balance but they credited back the wager amount after not sure how long but definitely more than a few minutes and said they rejected the bet.

It was only $200 bucks lost from it so it is more about the principle than the money. How can you reject a live bet after it has been placed????? I just want a penetrating apology and an update to the system.

Welcome to internet gambling. Stick to brick and mortar places that give you a paper ticket. Just like we've learned from electronic voting - the results can be manipulated. Chalk it up to Lesson Learned.
