Fed Ex lost my check

I request a check payout from Betonline and the courier lost my check. I requested a claim through betonline and still waiting for a resolution. Have anyone had the same experience and can give me some suggestion? Thank you for your response.

Try to ask them to "cancel" the check with their bank & have them re-issue a new one if possible.

Just keep in touch wwith BOL, get any info you can and can verify from Fed Ex and because of the ability to cancel a check you should be ok here. Give BOL time, don't get angry at them.

Remember, BOL didn't lose your check.
