Premiumtrading stole my money

PremiumTradings stole me the money that I deposit in their exchange. They asked me to send them some photos to verify my account, and after sending them everything they told me "
Please note that your account has been closed since you'd breach not one, but several rules from site's T&C to which you agreed on upon registration." And now they are not answering me and they are not giving my money back when I have not broken any rule.
They are penetrating SCAM so don´t deposit any money there. They can close your account in any time saying that you have broken their rules .
Help me please recoverying my money back

It is difficult to rate them as such given that they are not a standard bookmaker - they are a betting agent. In that perspective (and in comparison to other services) I would put them as B-.

- Have you registered the account with all details correct? (country of residence, name, surname...)
- How did you make a deposit - are those accounts in your personal ownership and your name is written as account holder?
- What documents did you send to them?

I think you are saying that for this book [in your experience] as long as your KYC is in order [correct address, correct documents, not from a prohibited country] then in the worst case you will still get paid.

I always double check my country is permitted and I always try to perform KYC up front when joining a new book.

For those books that are C and below - there are too many horror stories out there NOT to do this.

In their BlackBetInAsia account. I deposited like 13k and when they stole my money they were 4k left in the account.

Yes I know... But when they stopped answering my mails I was afraid of loosing my money. And I am still waiting. I have sent them all the documents again in order to have my money back...

But personally C- would the very top of the range I'd give them personally.

Have not been open, honest and fair in dealing with disputes in the past.

Personally I do not even want to mediate disputes involving them. They have shown their colors and cannot be trusted to mediate in good faith.

Some weeks after, they were like 3K € left in the account. They asked me again to send them new documents. I sent them all again, and after that they told me that the account will be close cause I broke a rule ( they didnt tell me what rule ). And now they are not answering my emails, and they stole my money.
They could close my account, but never could stay with my money.

Nova88 is Maxbet clone and lately they haven't been accepting any new action from the brokers so that is NOT Mollybet.


If you want anyone to help you, you need to collect your thoughts, explain exactly what happened (write a post) and then read it before posting. We don't have any knowledge what happened to you and your account, so you need to explain everything from the start, step by step. As it is now, you are pushing contradictory statements here and we don't understand anything.

Nova88 is IBC clone, mollybet is diferrent.

They have 88% forced position on Nova88 accounts so they are practically worthless.

So to summarize, they stole you 3k even you were 10k in loss? It is weird, hope someone can help you
