So I go on their site and was interested in their horse matchups. I figured that I'll explore, ask a couple of questions and maybe open an account with these guys as it seems like their reputation has improved. I go on chat to ask them about their horse matchup rules and where they are posted. They tell me no questions are allowed for non-account holders. They told me to call up their number. I do that, get transferred to a couple of people and say that I'd like to open an account but have a couple of questions first. They told me that no questions get answered until you open a validated account. I explained that I am a prospective customer and have a couple of simple questions first. They said either open an account or this conversation is done. I couldn't believe what I heard so I emailed these jokers to ask if their policy is no questions before opening an account and this is what I received from them. I've never experienced this from a gaming site in my life. Unreal.

Imposing limits mid rollover should be an unwritten, understood crime. BETUS was known for that.

Betus paid me 10k recently and never limited me. They did recently send me a bonus offer and when I deposited they declined to honor it though. Certainly not an A+ book but not horrible either.

All I can say about BetUS is that they did pay me out in a timely fashion by bitcoin when I requested a bitcoin payout on Friday. It was in my wallet when I woke up Saturday morning. I just don't want to play there anymore when there are better options available but at least getting your money doesn't seem to be a problem anymore like it was in the past.
