I have not play there for a long time or ever, finally make a btc deposit and hit big. Balance is almost 10g.

Withdrawal is declined, no explanation or contact. I think they shut down my live chat too, I can not find it when I login. What to do?

Yes, that what live chat said. I need 1x my deposit although it say available to withdrawal is 8g plus.
