Can’t login. Says invalid user. They claim nothing is wrong and my account is good. Is this most likely a glitch on their end? They say IT will be looking into it. Just pissed I can’t gamble right now.

Sorry if this is too obvious but have you tried clearing cache or logging in on a different browser and/or device?
