I have no idea why you guys have such a hard time believing that Bovada would ever do anything corrupt. You'll really think were dealing with a stand up business that has good moral value or something. These horror stories of people getting their money stolen have been going on forever. I personally read at least 100 of them during the time when they decided to steal my money. Is it more likely that myself along with the 4 or 5 other complaints that happened around the same time are all full of shiit or 1 or 2 Bovada employees decided to get dirty with a few big accounts to save their income for that week. I know I didn't break any rules. I wasn't accused of any foul play. Just a bs verification excuse. I would love to hear what rule I broke but Bovada refuses to tell me. Going on months now. Not all of us have time machines, so we can't go back in history to obtain an earlier SBR registration date. You realize that a lot of people sign up here solely because they have a problem with a book, right? Not everyone creates an account here to shoot the shit in the players talk section.

Great post. Many people don't realize that gambling in and of itself is immoral. So, there's going to be a far higher percentage of bad people in this business than your average industry.

Are you betting from a legal sports betting state in the US? I vaguely remember reading something about bovada not allowing new accounts from those states, and old accounts were grandfathered in.

Man I hate that sportsbooks can do that and get through with it. Even if it is multi accounting (in that case they would have just said that in the first place) - they accepted all his money when he was loosing. I would stay away from Bovada.

DeeDeeKing, I have a suggestion that may help you get somewhere with your situation. I'd call their customer service. Most people are not aware that they do still have phone service available. Their number is 888-263-0000. I called this number a few times and asked for someone in management. It was a long process and painful but I got it resolved. They hadn't replied to any of my emails prior to that. They didn't respond to SBR either. Good luck.

It's absurd that this is taking so long. SBR owes an explanation as to what occurred and/or is still occurring.
