I had accounts with both in addition to Skybook and it wasn't an issue at all. The only problem was they limit you immediately if you win anything, and it takes forever to make the rollover. But once you do, there shouldn't be any issue getting paid.

if you happen to win significant amount while rolling over, never ever contact customer service or live chat about anything.

Thats when they check your account and will limit you hard.

and when they limit you they limit all three at once same time.

From my experience they didn't noticed me kicking their ass untill i contacted them. They have lots of wrong lines

as well and sometimes they don't even know.

Thankfully I contacted them when i payed out but they limited all three of my account to $50 and closed live betting lol

you have to be like a sneaky ninja under their radar to complete the rollover and escape with their money

Unless you're taking a bonus on both and betting against each other. Then you'll have issues.

I have accounts at the whole family of books, never heard anything from them but I am careful with bonuses and only using 1 book at a time.

The only problem is if you win at one, you will not be able to get bonuses at any. Or if you are killing them at one book, you might get limited at all the others. Those are good problems to have.

Thanks to everyone that posted here. It definitely eased my mind a lot. Glad that they are one of the books that actually pay out and doesn't try to scam. I definitely will try to avoid the live chat in the future so that they don't limit my account any further.
