BE WARY of BAS rewards programs

so if anyone checked out the site when 5dimes was closing up, it looked like an exact replica, e.g. same software.

same racebook, casino, betting options, interface etc. they even had the same reward programs. exact same. during the last few days or week, they changed all the reward programs. now those who always stay in reduced juice this isnt going to be an issue. But when i had 5dimes i used to be in the cashback program. when i opened an account at bas, i was thinking of doing the point saver or point mover.

well now that they got rid of those there werent many other options to choose from. i ended up choosing the 20% casino rebate program...20% of your casino losses once every 30 days.

i converted my account on the 10th. made a deposit yesterday and lost it in the casino. went to get my rebate today and was told ineligible. wtf? i read all the t&c. heres my chat script:

I see where you are coming from on this but you’ll get your rebate eventually. So they don’t offer the 7% and 14% rebates at lesser time intervals like 5Dimes did? The new owners of BAS will be getting rid of all of the perks Tony came up with eventually. It’ll be another run of the mill sportsbook.

Are you sure they didn't mean that you have to be on that program for 30 days before you can request the rebate. That makes more sense than them expecting somebody to possibly lose and deposit money every day for 30 days to get a 20% rebate. I'd check with another chat agent that you are sure has a great command of English language to clarify this to confirm that it is not just a 30 day wait while on that particular program.

I may try in 30 days. But when I asked if I need to play every day for 30 days he said correct. Also I know you can't ask for it every day. That's why it's once per 30 days. I just feel like the way it's written I shouldn't have to wait 30 days for the first one and no where does it say that.

Yeah, they really changed the rebate up. It was 21% for 30 days, 14% on Wednesday’s and 7% any other day less than 30 days. If you had to play in the casino for thirty straight days that’d be ridiculous but not impossible. I wonder what else they changed around.

They need to put that in the terms. No where does it say you have to wait 30 days after converting. It just says you can't request it more than once per 30 days.
