Bovada account disable-friend

Hi I am new to Bovada and i deposited $50 using the bitcoin bonus. I bet on MLB and turned my deposit into 550 dollars. I withdrew $250 after all funds were available to withdraw. When I do - account disabled pending verification. Sent requested verification documents (ID +selfie) few days ago.
Yesterday I received the following email from Bovada:


After a full review of the play in your account, we have found conclusive evidence of Bonus Abuse. Your actions were in violation of our players terms of agreement that can be found using this link: https://www.bovada.lv/help/bonuses-f...and-conditions. Your account will now remain permanently disabled and all winnings in your account have been forfeited. Please note that any accounts opened by you, or that are found to be linked to you will also be disabled, and any funds in those accounts will also be seized. Please contact customer service at the number below to arrange the return of your deposit amount. Regards, Bovada Security service@bovada.lv 1-888-263-0000

I send them 2 different emails requesting an immediate explanation for this and do not receive a response.

I was in violation of their bonus policy so they won't pay me my winnings. They "allowed" me to request a cash out of the amount that I deposited ($50) and they deducted the $500 in winnings from my account balance.

This is straight up stiffing a player for an arbitrary reason that has nothing to do with the bets and it should not be tolerated by the betting community. They accepted the bets and continued to accept bets until I decided to make a cash out and only at that time was it decided that I was a "bonus abuser"

I believe this is not behavior of a supposed "A rated" sportsbook and in light of this behavior that their rating should be reviewed. Any advice or support would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. This is my first and only account I'm not being accused of having multiple accounts. I deposited bitcoin from my wallet with a valid bonus into my own personal Bovada account. I gambled in fair games they offered with no bugs errors or malfunctions .I could have lost in anything I was gambling on.

Opti-how did you know he had a "friend" at Bovada? Did I misread something or is there more information that I'm missing. Most books frown heavily on any Bonus abuse but the ToS are so vague that damn near anyone who takes a bonus could technically be a Bonus abuser. I just don't think taking any bonus is worth the risk.......especially the way things are lately with some books.

To my embarrassment, today I have just found that at least a few words of my message are inexplicably missing, including the words about the fact that I was invited at Bovada via referral link. I am sure I have not deleted them

If that's they only message you've received from Bovada, then how can you say this?

Did you bet on the opposite side of the same game as your friend with the full balance? If so, they're probably correct for suspecting foul play.

Please send in a Sportsbook Complaint form with the details and we can ask a manager to review the decision for you.

I just got off the phone with a friend of mine, and he says that he hasn't bet on Bovada since 2019. He found out that his account had been disabled due to breach of the Refer-A-Friend Terms of Service. And he doesn't know if any bonuses have been awarded to him.

LOL. Dude, chill out. You're judging this before we even know anything. For all we know, OP could be scamming with multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus whoring. I'm not accusing OP of that - just saying we have like ZERO facts at the moment.

To this day has to be the most fortunate feeling out of all the shit books that I got out of with all the funds safely. They take paranoia to an extraterrestrial level. Couldnnt even calculate a rollover correctly that benefitted the player, will take it and run. Only book Ive ever played at in which lost substantial amount AND still limited/suggested to leave.
Actually 2nd place.....mybookie (aka X-bet) was most fortunate.

I submitted my complaint against Bovada to SBR just under 2 weeks ago and followed it up with 2 more emails but have heard nothing back.
I just would like to know what to expect?
