These are book errors where they don't remove the odds. Of course you can NOT bet on a game where the outcome is already decided and expect to win. In the other case , they took your bet and obviously the game had not been decided yet and you ended up losing. This is not a case of the sportsbook stealing your money.

And the other bets that were "live action" although the odds were very attractive you ended up losing since the outcome was not already decided. The book has every right to keep your money on these lost wagers.
I really don't see anything here that you should be upset with. If they did not return your money on the wagers that you placed which had absolutely no chance of losing because you already knew the outcome then you could call it stealing however they returned your wagered money back to you on those wagers.Comment -
Firstly, I need to say that this is a long topic and because of my bad english I dont want to go to this but some my thoughts:
1. Bookmakers also offer lines when it`s clear you cant win on them. Example is...Betonline( it`s the same bookmaker like Sportsbetting). They offer odds for example for 8th inning Baseball when top team already played their inning and THEY CAN`T WIN this inning, because they scored 0. And Betonline still offers odds for this team. Literally its offering bet that you always lose,never win.
2. I agree totally with GlazerGlass. Betting it`s a game between me and bookmaker. If it makes an error, my job is to take advantage. Why da f... I need to take responsibility for their mistakes? In a normal society you take responsibility for your behavior. They offered me good lines, I took. Their fault they dont know how to have a normal software.
3. Even if im a not totally honest player, its not a reason to let them rob me out. For me its a main point here.
Back to my own case, to gym rat, problem is, bets that I won and i hadn`t `100 % sure to win but finally i won, they are also cancelled. I mentioned it before. So what they did FOR BETS THAT WERENT DECIDED WHEN I BET THEM, is : cancelling won, settled lost down. For me its a clear robbery, no doubt. So your point doesn`t fit there.Comment -
I understand your point but you are still wrong and not understanding the sportsbook side. Imagine if thousands of people bet a "frozen line" as you call it. Why should the sportsbook lose millions of dollars because they made a mistake and didn't pull the line down for whichever reason. When you become more experienced you will just understand that if you see an obvious bad line, it's better to just pass on it. If it's the top of the ninth and Redsox are ahead by 10 runs and you see the live betting line at Red Sox -150 , then it's an obvious bad line. If you bet it, it will just be luck if they miss it and you actually get paid. However if by miracle the Red Sox end up blowing a ten run lead, of course the BetOnline will grade it as a loss.
I can't speak on Betonline offering an inning line when the top half of inning has already been completed and offering a line for a team that has no chance to win the inning. I really don't bet baseball so not familiar with it.
But it really sounds like you are upset that you are not winning. It's not easy to win and the sportsbooks are not dumb enough to let you wager on an event that was already completed where anyone already knows the outcome and then pay you out as a winner on it.Comment -

I give u an example, which seems u dont understand. If i have two matches, all are being bet on frozen offer, one bet I lose, one bet I win. Both of them like I said on frozen offer. Maybe i repeat again what happened to me, whats the case is about:
1. I made some bets in SportsBetting, seemed to me very attractive. I DID NOT KNOW THIS IS AN ERROR. If i know this is an error lines, I go find sure bets and MAKE SURE BETS THAT ALREADY WERE DECIDED. I think its clear thing. Maybe on screenshot you can see 7000 usd lost to MLB. These are earlier bets. Just in case you dont see what i betting.
2. What Sportsbetting did, is to cancel my won bets, settled down lost bets. Apparently, even with a very attractive odds, value odds, I lost.
3. Whats clear to me, this is a clear 100% robbery. Sports betting should or void all bets, or settle all bets down.
Match Oconnel vs Djere, my last bet, won bet and ofc cancelled, ALSO WASNT DECIDED. It was close to change result to bad for me, but finally I won it and they cancelled. If i lose, ofc they would settled down as lost.As you can see, THIS IS THE LAST BET I MADE.So if i know offer is frozen, I go find some 100 % won bets and make them.

If one still says that SB is good, its two options:

I understand your point of view however it's hard to know if it's a frozen offer when you are losing. A frozen offer should just be a mistake line or a line that wasn't removed for a very rare reason. If you think they are INTENTIONALLY posting frozen offers or reversed odds to try to free roll the players then absolutely and immediately stop playing with that sportsbook.
Try another A rated sportsbook that doesn't have many frozen offers because frozen offers should not be very common.
I rarely see frozen offers and if I do I know that it will be cancelled 99% of the time so it's usually not worth it to try and bet on it. I rarely see frozen offers on the 5Dimes platform. Have you tried 5Dimes ? What country are you located?Comment -
Ok. If you think that I lie about first two lost bets, its undestandable. I can now lie that these two bets were also "past" bet when they werent. Truth is these odds werent changing also very long time ( I checked this later ) so they were also for frozen offer.
I dont think they do this on purpose. Im not sure how in 2020 this can happen though.

You can bet more than $100 at 5Dimes. You should give them a try. Do some research and see what your limit will be there.
Or just keep in mind that if you want to bet a frozen offer just make sure that you do not lose and you have nothing to worry about. I don't really think it is fair for the Sportsbetting to return the $1000. It's best for you to just look ahead and try to win legit earnings away from frozen offers. Stay away from all frozen offfers and you should be fine with Sportsbetting.
If you are betting $7K regularly then focus on winning money and don't waste any more time begging for your $1K. I really don't think that you are entitled to your $1K to be returned in my opinion. OP was possibly free rolled. But I also believe that SBR probably has to choose its battles. If they go to bat for people who try taking advantage of stale or past-post lines, they're going to get less cooperation across the board, even when there are seemingly more legitimate complaints. (To be clear, this is just an educated guess of mine, not based on any sort of inside knowledge)
I put this in the same bucket as people who try arbing palpable errors and get exposed. Understand and accept the risks you are taking and don't expect people to go out of their way for you.
Really, everyone should just take a lesson from this. If you choose to take advantage of such lines, you are running a risk, and you will likely not find much help anywhere. Proceed with eyes wide open.Comment -

Most people are proud to state which country they are from.
Anyway , anytime you place a wager on a live line or any line, you need to at least WIN the bet. It just doesn't make sense to me to lose the bet but then go to the sportsbook and say: Wait that line was an errant line , it was a STALE Line, it was a frozen Line, That bet should be cancelled and I want my money back and then begin a thread stating that the sportsbook stole your money.
In my opinion , whatever the odds were, you thought it was a good deal or decided to take the risk when you placed the wager. Unfortunately buyers remorse doesn't work in this business.Comment
