Hi, I have opened a Bovada account on 9/13 and deposited $3k to make some bets. After winning around $5k i tried to withdraw some funds and got an email to verify my documents - so I did that and sent them my drivers license, a selfie with it and my water bill.They told me it is going to be 24-48 hours to get this verified (I guess an automatic email), so I waited and waited and waited after first 48 hours I still have not received my funds. I emailed them again and got an automatic response again... they also mentioned that they are dealing with COVID and high volumes blah blah blah. Still no money and no human response.
I have reached out to one of their multiple email addresses for support (the have different email address for everything, it’s so annoying) and they send me this -

I asked for a reason - they don’t respond and tell me to contact their support. They are bouncing me around and not giving a straight answer or a reason. This is totally unacceptable for a company like this with high ratings and trust built over the years. My winnings and my deposit are in limbo and nobody from Bovada is communicating with me how to get this resolved - it’s unbelievable!
