BookMaker - Wagering (Both Pre-game and Live)

Anyone still having issues with Bookmaker wagering? I’m having issues with both pre game betting and live wagering. Have put multiple bets in and the little circle just spends and says processing.

I will sit there and just let it spin and will go on for minutes 5-10 minutes until I click refresh or hit back.

You would think an A+ Book would fix this crap.

On top of that, still haven’t heard from Fred (supposedly the manager). Emailed him first on Sept 1st and have emailed him multiple times since. Contacted live support and they told me to email him... and nothing.

Wish I could post screenshots on here. Have screenshots of the circle just spinning and “Processing” when I first make the bet and then up to 7 minutes later when it still spinning

I've had what you are talking about quite a lot since they changed the site. No issues today though, which is the first Sunday it's been fine for me since NFL started.

Have you tried clearing cache & cookies. Despite being the most annoying advice it's helped with the processing issue sometimes (pre-live), but not always.

Sometimes it keeps spinning when you need to log in again. Other times if the line changes, it can take a long time to tell you that you need to bet the new line. This happens to be sometimes but it's generally rare. If the bet doesn't get accepted within 10 seconds, then refresh and log in again.

When it does this for more then 5 seconds I just refresh my web page and put the bet in again.

If logging out and logging back in doesn't work, try erasing your cookies/cache. That has worked for me

I just use incognito mode in the browser with Bookmaker now. Seems like their cookies are always acting up.

I have had trouble several times via cell. Several times I made incorrect positions. It is 2020 not 1990. Nobody cares though - FACT. I did not inquire with them because I place so small. I did not experience the same difficulties on a computer.

As many will confirm, there are a ton of problems on the live dealing gaming side, which come and go and again... it is 2020 not 1990. Nobody cares.
