Signed up for 10bet recently and was trying to place a wager on Basketball. Hit the "Place Bet" button and got a generic "Communication error" message instead of a confirmation. That's strange, let's try again. Same result. Okay, third time should work... "Insufficient funds". Check "My Bets" and of course the site has placed the wager twice.
Contact support who say they'll escalate it and I'll get an email -- unfortunately the game starts in 15 minutes. They offer to maybe have a trader cancel the bet, but apparently that could take more than 15 minutes as well. Ended up just keeping both bets and hedging off elsewhere.
Be extremely careful when placing wagers at 10bet! Apparently "Communication error" = "bet placed".
