I placed an eSport wager on September 15, 2020. The wager was graded incorrectly as a “loss”. The eSport bet was: CS:GO Wisla Kraków -132 vs AVEZ -101 for September 15, 2020 @ 11:30 AM Alaska time zone. I chose the winner to be: Wisla Kraków. The wager was graded as a “loss” for me, even though Wisla Kraków won the match 16 to 12 versus AVEZ. Wisla Kraków clearly won the Best of 1 match that started on September 15, 2020 at 11:30 AM Alaska time. I can provide pictures of the match results and my ticket.
Justin from BetOnline finally reached out to me in regards to the issue. He stated via email: “ Please note this wager was graded correctly as a loss, this was confirmed with our line managers.” He also added a screenshot of the match scoreboard. The screenshot CLEARLY showed Wisla Krakow won the match 16 to 12 versus AVEZ !!
After sending my reply via email, I get the following message:
“Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
CS_BOL (cs@betonline.ag)
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.”
They filtered my email as spam so I can’t respond anymore. These guys are the biggest damn thieves and I will never refer anyone to them. This is the SECOND time they’ve robbed me.
