Sbr complaint procedure

A week ago i did a complaint procedure in Sbr but i haven,t received any response yet. Did someone one and know how many time aproximately they answer you?

It is because i sent another e mail to know the status of the complaint but neither was answer it

Someone know how it is the process? They contact you only with the result of the problem?
Maybe the time of the process is longer?
