In my account limits very decreased a couple of months ago.
Average limit is 20-25 USD.
Does everyone have such limits?

You were probably winning too much. Most books will limit your wagers if you start beating them regularly. It's bullshit but it is what it is.

Besides, Bet Online is a pretty terrible book with constant technical problems and the worst customer service imaginable. Better to go to a different book now.
