So I've been a customer on Bookmaker for several years now and absolutely LOVED the site. Payouts were extremely timely, customer service was great, bonuses were good, tournaments fun, etc....and they seemed to be consistent with their advertisements that they 'don't penalize players that win.'
Well, that seems to be NOT the case as of today. I've been playing a good amount in the casino and have been doing fairly well lately...to the point where I was recently upgraded to Diamond status due to the levels of play. When I deposited, I would chat with customer service and that'd apply a casino slots bonus to the deposits..pretty difficult to win, yet still fun to play. Initially was at a 30% mark, then increased to 50% with the move to platinum status. Rollovers were rough, yet again still fun to play.
So tonight I made the deposits and asked for the bonuses to be applied as I've done countless times in the past with no issue - their response was that I would only receive a 10% bonus per management because I was 'up in the casino.'
So much for not penalizing players that win....a follow up conversation will occur with management tomorrow to discuss further yet in short, it seems as though BM will only treat you well as a customer if you are a loser.
