I was enjoying some Sunday NFL action, making bets, playing some Live Blackjack at their live casino. Enjoying some good old fashion degenerate shit on a Sunday afternoon.

However, their casino experienced some difficulties (what I would assume as a server overload?). But when I left the live casino, my balance was NEGATIVE $568.

When I entered the live casino I had a balance of $207.

Now, I know it's not a lot of cash, but it's about the principal of the issue! I've tried to contact them for days to fix it and nobody has done anything.

Fake customer service. No administrative support. They're a bunch of morons if you ask me!

Yeah I honestly can't believe they have the sponsors that they have. After doing more research after my issue they have had a lot of bad reviews. I trusted one of their sponsors and been playing with them very consistently for 6 months. I gamble as a hobbyist so I rarely request a payout, but it's the principal of the issue for me. That 207 was mine to play with and they took advantage of a Casino error.

You have the sponsorship backwards. MyBookie spends a good chunk of the money they steal from players paying for advertising everywhere. No one is sponsoring them. It's a financial transaction for businesses trying to earn money and (maybe) ignorant to MyBookie's dirty ways.

No, I tried contacting them again yesterday. I listen to a podcast that mentioned them and hadn't heard anything bad from them. They've even sponsored some grappling tournaments that I respect, so I just trusted them by proxy. Luckily it wasn't a ton of money. Just wanted to share the experience with the community.

$207 isn't a horrible cost of learning a valuable lesson.

You sure you didn’t have a sports wager graded incorrectly and in the casino ... lost those winnings ... and then when they fixed the incorrect grading it sent you negative?

I had nothing but errors with mybookie, grading errors and blackjack errors. I have a picture where they had an A-9 against my pair of face cards. I lost because it said I had 20 and they had 21, it was almost comical.
