    5Dimes Incorrectly Grading Wager.
    I made a futures bet on Boston Bruins to win the conference. 5Dimes graded it a loss but their system doesn't let me pull up the ticket and they insist they are correct. I've sent them multiple links showing Boston finishing first (and it isn't even close).

    How do I proceed from here?

      to win the conference means to win the eastern conference finals... not to have the best record in the conference

      islanders and tampa are the only teams alive to win the conference
