Everyone is betting right now, biggest card we've had in almost a year maybe.
But to get to your question, I've only seen one good promo. Some how a group got hold of my info and texted me that if I can't get my balance from 5dimes they'll put what I lost into an account, up to $500. The crazy part though is the text said they'd transfer cancelled futures as well. My only future is an NHL series ticket, so no real need... I hope!
Oh yeah, I saw a DSI promo for like $25 free play and $123% bonus, but I think it tops out at like $250. Better than nothing though.

107% Free Play Bonus or 57% CASH Bonus both with 10 x rollovers and a 20 day hold. I don't think they are inclusive either
