Now that 5D is gone, what other books do open parlays, or live line parlays?

I always thought bet any sports was affiliated with 5d...can an admin confirm or deny this? If so i don't think you can have account at both sites (in case 5d comes back for us players).
But bet any sports is literally the exact same site. Same setup, same rewards and promos, same dynamic lines, open parlays, point buying,,same live betting ultra...extra...prime...etc. literally a carbon copy of 5d site, thats why I thought they were affiliated. Plus I thought a few years back that 5d acquired them....sbr admin are they affiliated or not?Comment
