Have a 1cent freeplay remaining, so system won't give me the reload bonus. Contacted support and asked them to remove the 1C freeplay so i could deposit and get the bonus. They told me had to be escalated and would have to wait 24 hours for a reply. Gimme a f***ing break? Escalating a matter for a 1cent freeplay that you can't even bet?

I want to put together a book that solely consist of stupid things said by sportsbook cs agents such as this. I think it would be hilarious, but unfortunately the market would be very small so probably wouldn't sell many.
I actually have had bonuses from them rejected everytime, so I had to call them so they could add it manually. I was not told what the reason was, I always thought it had to do with me being from outside North American even though that was not a requirement, but maybe it was this 1 cent fp causing problems for me as well. Hope you don't have to wait for too long for them to sort this.Comment -

I don't see what's so bad about this. The person you spoke with doesn't have the ability to remove free plays. Hence, they have to escalate to a department which does have that ability. They didn't tell you they wouldn't do it.Originally posted by garykingComment -
Actually I have had Cs remove a small freeplay before. Not so much upset at the Cs but the system which allows you to have a freeplay which you can't bet. Yeah, I've had that happen at BOL and other sportsbooks too. I think it's because when you get a deposit bonus on a bitcoin deposit, they are giving you a % of bitcoin, which obviously doesn't come out to whole pennies, and they don't round to the hundredths place for some reason. So you're left with these $XX.X1 freeplay blances which are actually something like $XX.X08, so you can't spend it. Annoying for sure.Originally posted by garykingComment -

it is very silly. should not take up to 24 hours to look at either. anything under $1 in freeplay you cannot do anything with so it should be built into their software to adjust.Comment -
