over corners in a match graded as lost by mistake?
Definetely the bet was graded as lost after betinasia contacted pinnacle, they say there were only 13 and thats it, greetings.

You need to speak with BetInAsia in order for them to contact PS3838 and present all the evidence. It happened to me in couple of occasions that PS3838 settled something wrong, but after presenting them with all the evidence, they re-settled it.
The main problem now is that it has passed more than 72h (re-settlement window with PS3838) and you might be "done" here. Very unprofessional move from them not to answer you...Comment -
Have you actually watched the match? Maybe the referee considered that the additional time was over and he ended the match before the corner kick was taken.Comment -

Try to find out exactly why there is a discrepancy to start with.
If you have the explanation of why the problem came up, instead of just score sites to support your preferred outcome, I find it gets things fixed a lot easier.

Usually what happens here is that certain bookmakers have specific rules where only "taken" corners are taken into count. In this case, last corner might've been awarded, but not taken and as such is not taken into official count.
Regardless, this is what you should've been explained by your agent in this case, quite unprofessional from them to leave you without response for 7 days straight... Anyway, if that is the case (and by your SS it seems that shortly after last corner the game has been concluded), you would have no claim on your bet.Comment
