The grading times are just horrific.

Amazes me small books done a few minutes after game times and waiting 30 minutes to an hour on some of these college games today.

Anyone know an email of a manager or boss that know what’s going on. I sware the customer service supervisor are so incompetent and barely can understand the English they speak. How they get these jobs shouldn’t they atleast know jus a little about sportsbook shit

Not been able to place a live bet for the bast two hours.
Spinning circle forever or "error placing bet" every time I try.
Always something with them.

All this maintenance and they still can't figure out how stop the price from changing, after entered into the bet slip, before hitting submit, and giving no warning.

Then your customer gets stuck with a price that they did not select.

This has been an issue for at least 4 years going now.

They obviously just don't give a crap.
