please tell me what this says
I entered a contest at a large online casino which is going away 100,000 in prizes. here are the rules:
Players need to play at least $1,000 in turnover daily for at least 5 days of the month to receive a ticket to the drawing. A player will receive an extra ticket for every 5 days that they log in and achieve the turnover requirement.

How many days in the month does player need to wager 1,000. ?
I don't see the words consecutive or in a row
do you need to do this 5 straight days?

if you wagered 3,000 on the 11th 8,900 on the 13th 1,700 on the 14th 3,300 on 15th and 14,000 on 16th. would you qualify?
if you show a 63 dollar day on the 12th because you didn't win or lose a 1,000 although you wagered 1,000's

Do you qualify for the prizes?

By my reading of what you posted you would not need to do it for 5 straight days, only for 5 days out of the month and once you hit 5 days you'd actually receive two tickets. You should qualify with your example.

It may be more helpful to contact the tournament manager or whoever is running the thing though rather than getting speculation here, though

Rule confusion abounds..................... Does Betonline maintain a presence here.

Players will only be eligible to qualify for this promotion by opting in via a “popup.
does it say you must opt in prior without knowing if i was going to try. 5 days in a row is quite a commitment
I decided I want to qualify for the promotion so I have opted in
if I was qualified and didn't opted in during the month I wouldn't be eligible so I did.

The only possible reasoning would be to talley amounts along the way but those numbers never change. what is bet on a certain date will be the same regardless of when accounting is done. Isn't the desired goal to have people wager a thousand a day during the month. Tonights live chat totaled 3 hours and 6 agents without an answer. This is cutting into my time needed to make my quota and I'm too tired and confused to gamble any more

The bottom line is I feel I have been within the rules as I understood them. How about you?
By the way I did over six days have p & l statements of 31,000. I'm sure the actual play through amount would be substantial.

So would you expect to be entered?
Would you be upset if you weren't?

Is there a betonline person here that could serve as a translator
Thanks for taking the time to read this

I’m not sure why you’re making an issue out of the requirement to opt in, even if it must be done before you start to play. They want you to opt in, and you did opt in, correct? Then there shouldn’t be a problem there. Just move on. One recommendation I would make here is to take screen shots of your opt in for your own records in case their system isn’t updated correctly. I’ve never had to use these screenshots, but it’s better to be safe than sorry.

As for your first post, all I can say is that - in my experience - BOL doesn’t play games with the terms of their contests and promotions. If the terms read a certain way, then that’s what they mean. I’ve participated in several promotions of theirs which have had somewhat complex terms. And each time I’ve been impressed that when I comes time for them to award me, they always do it exactly as I expected based on those terms. So if their terms don’t say that the days you play must be consecutive, then I wouldn’t think that they need to be consecutive.

I would also say that if you’re this concerned then you really should seek an answer from BOL directly. I know you say that you’ve spent a lot of time on chat with them already. There may be a communication issue there because I had to read your posts a few times to make sure I understood what your problem(s) were. And I’m still not 100% sure that I’ve got everything right.

          Good luck!

            there it is!!

Just complete 5 days of casino play (each $1,000 turnover) within the month to score a ticket into our random draw. Plus, receive an extra ticket for every additional 5 days of qualifying play. The more tickets you hold, the higher your odds of a big win.

Not 5 days in a row
            To the Betonline
CS agents who were rude, condescending, illiterate, and lazy ass h*les. I'd fire all of you. Yeah Jamie, Sean, Maya and especially the scumbag Frank

I would recommend sending an email instead of live chat.

You are welcome to send in a Sportsbook Complaint form and SBR can ask a manager to check it for you.
