please cancel the money line wager on the Rockets and Thunder game from yesterday.

In this case during the playoffs all postseason wagers have action, as long as the game is completed within 30 days

As per NBA the game has been postponed.

In this case during playoffs let me send you an information how it works.

Wow, this is good information to be aware of. Is this always the case during playoffs or is this a new policy? Did they post this policy in their website? Are any other offshore books or usa books doing the same?

IMO bookmaker/justbet is making up rules as they go. probably going to wait until the new date and time is set and the odds settle and either cancel or roll with the bets that they have based upon their exposure.

Unless otherwise stated, bets should be canceled if the games are not played on the same day. Bovada canceled my NBA bets today and did the same yesterday on those bets.

I believe that playoff exception rule was added this season. On August 11 BM did not void the Bruins-Hurricanes playoff game that was postponed because of the 5 OT game played before. This is not unusual. Some of the new US books make up their own rules too.

There has to be an applicable rule, right? Who cares what customer service is saying. If there's a rule which says they must void, then it will eventually be voided. I would figure out what that rule is and keep a screen shot handy.

The rule is posted. See House Rules on their site. I don't like it but that's their rule.
