Pinnacle shorted me over $300 on a BTC payout, then act dumb in response

I asked Pinny why the $63 which is far below a fair rate?

Their answer pisses me off, I didn't chose to use cryptopay, it was the only option for me. I would have happily used other payout methods but because I deposited with BTC I have to withdraw with BTC.

Also they put $63 in my account which is a joke, but to withdraw now I will be charged a $15 fee plus whatever fees cryptopay will charge.

At least they're acknowledging the exchange service fee this time instead of pretending the skim doesn't exist. Baby steps

I also tend to believe whoever replied to you wasn't supposed to say that out loud.

The 5D BTC freeroll is blatantly obvious. They give you a 15 minute window to get a fair shake, but then make it near impossible to accomplish it. The clock starts when you generate a BTC address and ends when 5D is satisfied that enough confirmations are present (often 6 or more). Basically they're running out the clock on you. At that point they'll give you the lesser value of the btc addy generation time vs the time 5D considers the deposit sufficiently confirmed. It's an inherently crooked system-- and God forbid you get your transaction stuck during a falling market.

I thought 5D was the only "A+" book "skimming" its clients, but this thread opened my eyes to another offender. I haven't played at Pinnacle since they left the US over a decade ago. I actually missed them, but not so much anymore.
