    Pinnacle's customer support is shameful
    1. No live chat in 2020
    2. "Up to 72 hours" means "at least 72 hours"
    3. Responds with useless canned emails after 72 hours.
    4. If you ask for any clarification you won't even get a reply.
    5. If you ever ask anything at all there's a 50/50 to get a reply.

    It's like their customer support department is just one guy, because apparently the best bookie in the world can't afford more.

      My experience is different. I never had an issue with them and few times that I have contacted them the reply came in half an hour or so.

        Been the same for me over years too.

        EMails always answered pretty fast.

              My experiences with Pinnacle over the years has been much different than yours.

              Its common knowledge Pinnacle only offers email support and no live chat. Their customer service reps are usually very good, yes there have been instances where it took more than a couple emails to get something resolved but that has been the exception, the rule is they are most often competent and quick in responding to email queries and resolving issues.

              Op you sound frustrated, but over time you will realize Pinnacle customer support is very fair/competent/fast and nothing close to shameful.
