Yeah I was able to talk to chat support for a few minutes before it went down again.

I was trying to get in to place some live Clippers to win bets in the third quarter.

Couldn't get the bets in and they got trounced.

I called just now and the girl said she didnt even know they were down. I spoke to wagering and the guy said they are having tech problems an should have it resolved by the weekend. What a clusterfck

It’s not a ddos attack. They have software to stop ddos, they use cloudflare. It’s misconfigured though and block a lot of US bettors who can’t get in. They have a backup site which is not working either. Hopefully they get this worked out soon.

I can’t believe the site has essentially been down over a 3 day span.. I was able to get a couple bets in last night but not at the lines I wanted them.. do we still have no update?

The standard Heritage site has been working for me since last evening but for people who are still having issues, have you tried the mobile site? (*********************)

That was working for me throughout the entire course of the outage and can be used on a browser with similar functionality to the main site.

Edit: Guess we're not allowed to post links. The mobile site is just "m" where the www would be with standard address otherwise.

Yes mobile has been working almost 100% of the time. Had some live betting issues on mobile but I don't think it is related to the main Heritage outage.
