Before I start, I've been betting online for about 12 years. I've used all of the A+ rated books from here, and have had many withdraws from all of them. I am a consistent bettor and usually place around 20-30 bets a day across all the books and sports. Recently, because of Covid, I have had to switch from my day job to full time sports gambling. I switched all my balances over to Bookmaker as their limits are extremely higher than any other book around (That I know of). I understand after you read this, you're going to say it's my fault I didn't double check the slip before I clicked submit. I get it. I'm just emotionally and fiscally drained right now after talking to their support and them kindly telling me to "penetrate off" that I feel all I can do is come here and hopefully bring light to something that is going on with Bookmakers live lines.
Here's the issue at hand:
I have 2 more recorded instances of this happening.
This was taken yesterday around 4-5 PM PDT. Currently the lines work correctly. The only discrepancies I can find are with the o/u bets in UEFA Champions League section.
As you can see, I am clicking a u2 line for today's UEFA match but the betslip is giving me the o2 line AND odds. Yesterday's UEFA match between PSG and Atalanta, I had placed a live bet of o1.5 at around the the 85' minute mark. Or so I thought. Before the match, I had placed a u2.5 bet, or so I thought. The odds were around 2.5 for the o1.5 when I had placed it. I bet $6000 on that and I bet roughly $1300 on the u2.5 prematch. So you can probably understand my confusion when I go check my account after celebrating a massive victory that I have WAY less in my account than I imagined. I go on to tilt bet another $3000 on Brazilian soccer after this as I am frustrated, pissed, and confused.
Their live chat pretty much told me I'm SOL and stop messaging them for help. That they're going to show tech support the issue and don't expect to hear back on the issue. That they can't refund me those bets, and that anything I ask will probably be ignored as they gave me a "final and official" message. I asked it to be escalated to the supervisor and they just said they don't do customer facing issues: "I'm sorry sir, but supervisor do not take the chats."
I understand how I should have caught this before hand or at least during the match. I mean, when I click the Under and it remains highlighted, I would assume that's the one on the betslip. Especially during live bets when the odds are changing by the second. How is a technical glitch on their side, my fault? How can a book that does millions of dollars of wagers a day not accept fault on something this small? I have recommended hundreds of people to this book for their limits and bonuses. I've had zero issues with them at all. I might be rambling now, I'm just at a loss for words.... and money. I hope I help someone here, I placed a complaint ticket with SBR but I'm not sure how this process goes or even if there is something to do to get my money back, not even the winnings, just the wagers.
I've been told to take this to Twitter and BM's marketing department but I'm not sure how to go around doing that. Just link this forum thread? Has anyone had success with SBR getting your money back on shady practices like this?
BOL boys, stay safe out there.
