So I redeposited funds into my Heritage account in July for the return of sports. Won a few bets and wanted to cash out part of my balance to transfer to other outs. Apparently Heritage gave me a 10% 5X bonus on my deposit? I've never had this happen before since I signed up as a -105 player. Why didn't they give me the option to not take this bonus? Also, why did I have to contact them to find out my withdrawal had been cancelled? Is there anywhere on the site to view my progress towards the rollover?

Once you complete any rollover you can do a one time transfer of funds from your the original heritage account to the new bet105 account. You can also wager at both accounts going forward.

I'm just confused as to how I was given a bonus when their terms state "The bonus must be requested at the time of the deposit". I didn't request any bonus with my deposit.Comment -

Many of us aren't familiar with the -108 reduced juice/cash back side of Heritage. Bonuses just weren't a part of my picture with them and the low vig program.
I'm earning some cash back though.

Very weird indeed. Their support said they weren't sure why it was happening, but were able to switch it off from their end. I'm still stuck with the 5X rollover, though. Guess it was partially my fault for not noticing the 10% boost on my balance.Originally posted by pimikeComment -
