So I redeposited funds into my Heritage account in July for the return of sports. Won a few bets and wanted to cash out part of my balance to transfer to other outs. Apparently Heritage gave me a 10% 5X bonus on my deposit? I've never had this happen before since I signed up as a -105 player. Why didn't they give me the option to not take this bonus? Also, why did I have to contact them to find out my withdrawal had been cancelled? Is there anywhere on the site to view my progress towards the rollover?

All the low vig accounts at the original heritage were converted to the reduced juice/cash back account which is why your deposit received a bonus.
Once you complete any rollover you can do a one time transfer of funds from your the original heritage account to the new bet105 account. You can also wager at both accounts going forward.
You may have gotten an email with the new bet105 account credentials.

#3Heritage spun off bet105 to be the new exclusive low vig site.

I'm just confused as to how I was given a bonus when their terms state "The bonus must be requested at the time of the deposit". I didn't request any bonus with my deposit.Comment -

I think it's automatic with the reduced juice/cash back accounts.Comment -

And you should be able to ask then to cancel the bonus, if you havent bet too much yet..Comment -

#13Many of us aren't familiar with the -108 reduced juice/cash back side of Heritage. Bonuses just weren't a part of my picture with them and the low vig program.
I'm earning some cash back though.
Feels kind of nice, I hope it lasts.

#14Very weird indeed. Their support said they weren't sure why it was happening, but were able to switch it off from their end. I'm still stuck with the 5X rollover, though. Guess it was partially my fault for not noticing the 10% boost on my balance.Comment -

#15Hey everyone just wanted to provide an update on this. Heritage called today to let me know they'd to a reversal of the bonus funds. Thanks to all of you for your comments / suggestions.Comment -

Curiously, did you make the deposit, get the bonus (w/out knowing of course) thgen placed som bets?
Did they reverse the bonus funds after you had made a wager with the bonus funds in your account?
This is kind of a big industry point here.

#18Yes, they did reverse the bonus funds after I'd made wagers! I hadn't bet in excess of my deposit to include the bonus funds in any risk, but still a class act on their end to reverse it.Comment -

Yeah, that's a surprise to me. I think they realize there are a lot of new bettors to this side of Heritage and the should be a little felxible.
Glad they reversed it for you.Comment -

#22Yes agreed very upstanding of Heritage, they could easily have said the rollover began with the first bet.
While we're sucking some Heritage khack, the new bet105 site is fantastic. It's fast, and a no nonsense platform.

I went to the preferences in my account too, the option is checked but grayed so I am unable to toggle it as well.Comment
