BOL is A+ all the way. They recently graded an MLB bet I made a win even though it should have been graded no bet. They did it for everyone that bet on the Yankees on the day MLB opened back up. They didn't have to do this. It was extremely generous.

I can’t remember the last time I heard someone with a payout issue at BOL, and this one has obviously raised a flag with their security, so who knows what’s going on. I’d like to think that OP is legit and will get his money but it’s also possible we are dealing with a scammer.

As for calling BOL a bad book because they make non-bitcoin transactions difficult....well, LOL. It’s a bitcoin betting world these days. It also happens to be a far safer method of transacting with offshore sportsbooks. If that’s not you, then just go somewhere else; but it doesn’t make BOL a bad book.

He is reporting being stuck in some long investigation. SBR usually won't ask books why they are investigating, just why they made the decision they have.

Ok. It's good to know what they're accusing me of at least. I'm not connected to any other accounts, nor did I forge my personal documents. I sent them a bill, my ID and passport, AND a picture of me holding my ID and passport. I wouldn't even know where to begin in forging those things. This is a 100% bogus charge, and yet without telling me specifics, I'm not sure how I can defend it. They can say this to any account they wanted, and what recourse would that person(s) have? I can send any and all documents to SBR and/or gaming commission. Just tell me what I can do to prove that I am who I am and it will be done. Are there any emails you would like me to send, or any documents??? Please let me know.

I highly doubt this will get sorted. You have probably lost your money forever. BOL is notorious for having by far the worst customer service on this planet. Just leave and never play the book again. The A+rating they have is a joke - it should be a blacklisted book.

After depositing and cashing out many times over the years, yesterday they finally did the same thing to me. They are asking for my license and a copy of bank account, I sent it in last night.. I'll see if I have any luck. I don't want to put money back on betonline til I know they aren't going to screw me. I cashed out a large amount on sportsbetting.ag which I know is their sister site weeks ago, but it was paid in minutes. Bovada never asks for verification. Ever. I have deposited and withdrawn many times without any problems. So, I decided to initiate the account verification process. An email with the necessary clarification had been sent yesterday, but no reply had yet been received.
Also trying to verify my Intertops account.
Bookmaker asked me for ID when I requested a withdrawal. Documents approved. As well as Wagerweb. It was simple enough right online and took them like less then a hour to complete. Unfortunately, SBR does not host images. So:

I don't think Betonline will go on with this bad publicity for 3k if they don't have something on him.

They payout 3k like Betphoenix pays out customers $3 dollars.
