Hey. Can anyone check and see if Alexandrova vs Ferro from WTA Palermo is offered live. I am not able to see it online, logged in or logged out. This makes me think they have just forgot to upload it for customers. I'm talking to live chat and they say game is up but I am no longer allowed to bet on tennis live because I am not recreational customer, but I don't believe them.

Ok. Interesting. So now they're either banning some customers from betting on tennis live altogether or CS is just clueless as usual? When there was just exhibition stuff, I was banned from betting on that, but was assured I would be able to bet on tennis again once the real stuff started. Main tour started Monday this week and I was able to bet as promised, but today I am no longer able to bet live.

I had this same CS response recently when live betting sims disappeared. Live wasn't showing up for a couple games for me(it was for other people) but by the end of the day it was back and I didn't have an issue after that. Based on your experience and mine, I believe that when a CS rep deals with a complaint of a game not showing up(but they offer it) and they see that your account is non-rec, they give this answer as a default. It could just be a temporary glitch in your account like it was with mineComment -
This was resolved. I was told there were some tech issues, and I can now bet live on tennis again.Comment
