MLB to make playoffs props count?! on BOL

I bet on Cubs to not make playoffs under the old/original playoff format of 5 teams per league. Now the new format is 8 teams per league so I figured surely my bet would be no actioned as the entire structure changed. I reached out to Bol regarding this and received this response:

still waiting for them to follow their posted (secretly deleted?) rules for NHL division wagers. They are great on limits and payouts. decent selections. Customer service/ odd things like this are clearly a weakness at betonline.

No idea what their rules state, but sounds like you have a gripe. What if MLB announced all teams make the playoffs? Haha, that would be a bad bet!
