Can't you use the funds on localbitcoins or similar? Where did you get those "locked" funds from anyway?

I withdraw them from a bookmaker. That bookmaker let me withdraw with only that method. Local bitcoins not looking safe, also very high margins.

Bet365 accept astopay cards. Sorry but you cacn't withdraw with BTC.
