    b365 account closing
    Hi,

Yesterday i asked b365 if there is any possibility to close my casino account as when i win in sportsbetting i lose in their casino after

The super smart supervisor thought that i have gambling problem and closed my account.

I told him that i live in US but moved here 5 years ago my english is far from perfect.

But he closed my account forever.

Do you guys have any suggestions? I am super angry about this.

Once you tell them you cant control yourself or cant afford their product, they are required to do this.

If they do not, you could end up being one of the people saying that you told Bet365 the same thing, and now you want losses back as Bet365 should have stopped you under their license conditions.

Interesting the account agent's decision, did you recognize at any point in the conversation that you had some kind of gambling problem in the casino?

Which jurisdiction are you referring to?

They have options to "time out" or have deposit limits... they offer those themselves. Those could also be seen as tools for "problem gamblers".

Whats the difference if the man doesn't want to play casino, than to have a "time out" or deposit limit. If anything, offering deposit limits is blatantly accepting problem gamblers.

Once someone makes a decision it appears impossible to get it reversed, when it comes to UK history of this.

But really, it's quite standard to have tools to limit your deposits or self ban for a period. So for just asking to have casino disabled does seem a bit drastic action.

I would try an email asking that your issue be escalated to a manager, explain you don't have a problem but simply want to shut off the casino and you believed allowing you to do so under their responsible gambling guidelines was required. And not an admission of a gambling problem worthy of shutting down your account over. Maybe send a similar email to the state authority too. NJ is it?

Long ago when I registered to bet365 I requested live support to disable online casino section (also bonuses/promotions etc) for my account and they disabled it. They did asked me for a reason however, I think I just replied personal reason or smething like that.
I believe nowadays there are rules that they should abide to in regards to "problem gambling".
Like OP said he has been losing his winnings (sports) to online casino...So even if they disable his "casino" what guarantee is there that OP won't bet similar games like virtual sports...
