This. Thanks for reminding me Polo. I had taken the $1,000 cash bonus on my first deposit with them and played 10 $10 hands of Blackjack. I now had to roll over $60,000 in casino alone to withdraw.

Somehow I did it and had profit to show for it at the end.

Today I chatted, was told the following:

I do not qualify because my last 3 transactions are payouts (not true, they are payout, deposit, payout).

After I got them to admit that they were lying about my last 3 transactions, the guy finally admitted "you are up on us" was the reason I did not qualify for the promotion.

Yeah that is dirty. I always confirm bonuses via chat or email before I deposit because I've had this type of thing happen before. Really annoying. We're talking about $100 and it's supposedly an A rated book.

What's your point? I wasn't rude. They not only lied to me, they gave me a ridiculous reason for not qualifying for a promotion that 1) I received via email and 2) does not list "being up on us" as a term or condition for disqualification.

I called yesterday, same story. Except this time the guy wouldn't tell me why I don't qualify. Just said "management decision." Ok great, then don't send out an email to everyone about a promo not everyone qualifies for.
